General Shipping Information:
NO RVL Sport aims to process and ship orders for standard products purchased on www.norvl.co.za within approximately 2 working days from the confirmation of payment within South Africa. For customised products ordered through the PelatonID configurator, shipping will occur approximately within 50 working days from payment confirmation or within the timeframe indicated on the relevant product page. Certain products, such as the Pelaton POGIS GIRO SHOES PINK/BLACK and Pelaton POGIS GIRO SHOES YELLOW/BLACK - TDF 2024, have specific shipping times of 35 days and 60 days, respectively.
Delivery Times and Conditions:
Delivery times may be delayed due to public holidays, weekends, or unforeseen circumstances. Carriers do not deliver on holidays or weekends. Orders containing both standard and customised products will be shipped in a single delivery within 50 working days from payment confirmation or as per the longest delivery timeframe indicated for the customised items. NO RVL Sport will make reasonable efforts to ensure delivery within the stated timeframes; however, delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs processing, or other force majeure events, are not the responsibility of NO RVL Sport.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping is included for all orders within South Africa. There are no additional shipping charges at checkout.
Returns and Exchanges:
NO RVL Sport will cover the cost of one return per order. For any additional returns beyond the first one, the client/buyer will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the order, and the product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact. For customised products, returns and exchanges are not permitted unless there is a manufacturing defect or the product received does not match the order specifications.
Payment and Order Confirmation:
Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. For payments made via credit card, please allow one additional working day for standard administrative checks. If any discrepancies occur during the order process, NO RVL Sport will contact the customer to clarify and resolve the issue before proceeding with shipment.
Liability:
NO RVL Sport is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to customs delays, natural disasters, strikes, or other acts of force majeure. Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the buyer upon delivery. NO RVL Sport is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs after delivery.
