NO RVL Sport Footwear Warranty Policy

NO RVL Sport footwear, including products sold through www.norvl.co.za, is guaranteed in compliance with applicable consumer protection regulations, covering material and processing nonconformities. This warranty does not cover defects resulting from negligence, abuse, improper maintenance, accidents, or other misuse of the products.

Warranty Coverage and Duration

NO RVL Sport products are warranted against material and workmanship defects for a period of two years from the date of purchase. To utilize the warranty, proof of purchase (receipt) must be presented to an authorized NO RVL Sport dealer or through the NO RVL Sport customer service within two years from the purchase date. Requests for warranty service directly from the end user to the manufacturer or cases where the damage is caused by the user will not be considered under this warranty.

Warranty Procedure

To initiate a warranty claim, the product should be returned to the original place of purchase or directly through NO RVL Sport’s customer service channels. The dealer or service representative will inspect the product and contact NO RVL Sport for further assessment. Products will be evaluated by qualified personnel who will determine whether a repair or replacement is necessary. If the defect is covered by the warranty, NO RVL Sport will repair or replace the product free of charge. If the defect is determined to be the consumer's responsibility, the product will not be covered under warranty, and any repairs may be performed at the consumer's expense, subject to NO RVL Sport's discretion.

Product Condition for Warranty Evaluation

Products must be returned in a clean and hygienic condition suitable for evaluation. Products not meeting these conditions will not be considered for warranty assessment.
